HethreBeth Woodford, ASW, is a lecturer in the Division of Social Work at Sacramento State University. Also a sex educator, she provides training for general audiences and human services professionals on social work and sexuality-related topics. She has a passion for sexuality and gender and has been working as a counselor with the transgender community at the Gender Health Center since 2012, where she studies and practices narrative therapy.
HethreBeth geeks out on connecting people to each other and community resources and is the founder of Sex Positive Sacramento.
She loves perfectly ripe avocados, knitting, mellow bike rides, baby goats, Harold & Maude, oxytocin, and geeking out about sex and social justice.
As barnyard animals go, HethreBeth is most definitely a goat – curious, silly, and at times stubborn.
